RECLAIM YOUR VOTE
The Urban League of Rochester’s Reclaim Your Vote campaign is focused on increasing voter registration, voter education, and voter participation throughout the Rochester community. We believe civic engagement is an important part of building stronger, more equitable communities because the people we elect make decisions that directly affect our everyday lives.
Our vote is our voice. Voting gives community members the opportunity to have a say in the issues that matter to them, from education and healthcare to housing, employment, public safety, and other issues affecting our families and neighborhoods.
Through Reclaim Your Vote, the Urban League of Rochester works to connect community members with the information and resources they need to register to vote, understand the voting process, find reliable election information, and participate in elections. We are committed to making voter education accessible and helping Rochester residents feel informed and confident when exercising their right to vote.
Every election matter, including local and state elections. By getting registered, staying informed, and making a plan to vote, we can make our voices heard and help shape the future of our communities.
