We activate Rochester organizations and businesses in the fight against racism by meeting them where they are with accessible trainings and encouraging coaching so that their team members may thrive in a diverse, inclusive, and equitable community.

PROGRAMS AND TRAINING OfferingS

INTERRUPT RACISM™ is the anti-racism training program of choice for the Greater Rochester area.

Our signature program is intended for local businesses and organizations ready to interrupt and dismantle institutional racism. We use a 12-month cohort model to help organizations identify inequitable policies, practices, and behaviors, and create an equitable work environment where for all employees to thrive.

Each participating organization or business will establish a "Change Team," a diverse working committee of up to 10 members, representing all levels of the organization. The Change Team will receive training and support to help their organization more deeply address issues around equity in their specific context.

Our next Cohort will start in January 2024.
