Celebrate Academic Excellence at the 46th Annual Black Scholar Ceremony

The Urban League of Rochester invites you to the 46th Annual Black Scholars Award Ceremony on Monday, June 2, 2025, at the Joseph A. Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center. This inspiring evening honors graduating seniors who’ve maintained a B average or higher throughout high school. Enjoy a powerful keynote and live performance from Danielle Ponder, a youth keynote from Nyara Simmons, a step performance by LOD Steppers, and music by DJ Coco. Tickets are $80 and include dinner, entertainment, and the awards program. The reception begins at 5 PM and the ceremony starts at 6 PM. Come dressed to celebrate—sneakers encouraged!
